Response and Recovery Following the Great East Japan Earthquake Disaster
Prof. Edgington is the author of "Reconstructing Kobe: The Geography of Crisis and Opportunity" (UBC Press, 2010). He will talk about the urban planning for the recovery focusing on the case of the city of Soma in Fukushima prefecture.
